Vision: Der ÖIV ist das Herzstück einer stetig wachsenden Österreichischen Islandpferdefreunde-Gemeinschaft, in der sich Freizeit- und Sportreiter, Trainer, Stallbesitzer und Züchter gleichermaßen gut vertreten und unterstützt fühlen. Wir vermitteln die Faszination Islandpferd; Wir offerieren attraktive Services für unsere Mitglieder; Wir fördern das Wohlergehen von Islandpferd und Reiter durch Wissenstransfer, Aus- und Fortbildung; Wir bauen auf unsere Jugend und entwickeln geeignete Maßnahmen zu deren Förderung.
