The agreement to organise the World Championships 2019 in Berlin (Germany) was finally signed by Gunnar Sturluson and Doug Smith on behalf of FEIF and by Bernhard Fliss and Carsten Eckert on behalf of the organiser Islandpferdesportverein Berlin ISB.

The World Championships will return to the city of Berlin in 2019. The Board of FEIF has awarded the rights to organize the tournament to ISB e.V. and looks forward to a successful cooperation to bring the World Championships back to Berlin in August 2019.
