Delegates Assembly 2022

The FEIF Delegates Assembly 2022 will take place online.

Procedure:

Open this page shortly before the start of the meeting.
During the virtual Delegates’ Assembly, the meeting leader will announce when each candidate or proposal is ready for voting. This is the moment you can vote on the respective item.
The item will remain open until the leader announces the voting is closed.
You will immediately be able to see the results of the voting and the meeting leader will announce the result before moving on to the next item on the agenda.
The voting is all by “secret ballot”.
It is not possible to make any changes to your vote after the voting is closed for each item.

If you have any problems or questions before the meeting, contact the FEIF Office by email (office@feif.org).

Please access the meeting in time before the official start to test your technical devices. The FEIF Office team will be present to help with the procedure from 12:30 CET on.

During the meeting, your video will have to be turned off and the audio needs to be muted, except when you are asked to speak based on the raised electronic hand. If you have any problems or questions during the meeting, use the “chat” feature in the meeting tool to ask your question.
