This year it was very hard to elect a winner as there were two countries which were even. Finally the youth committee decided with the following motivation:
The award goes to the Netherlands, a country which has presented a detailed report, showing a great variety of activities, which has an incredible team spirit among youngsters as well as the committee. This country has increased the number of youth significally in a time when the overall figure of members decrease. It has introduced new activities as well as a wide training program for youngsters on all levels.
Thank you all countries who sent in their reports, it is impressive to see how the youth work is growing and growing in the countries!
