First breeding seminar in Australia

December 2 2016 | Breeding

The Icelandic Horse Association of Australia just hosted its first breeding seminar with Silke Feuchthofen, an International FEIF Breeding and Sport judge. It was a great opportunity for the Australian members to get an insight into breeding, breeding goals, the conformation, and the gaits of Icelandic horses. A lot of invaluable information was shared over the weekend in both riding lessons and the seminar. For Silke it was certainly a first to be evaluating and teaching with a koala and kangaroos in the background.
