The FEIF Delegates’ Assembly is the highest decision-making body of FEIF. At the Delegates’ Assembly, representatives (delegates) from all member associations gather (once a year) to vote on major organisational matters: this includes electing FEIF’s President and Board members, approving or amending the statutes, and deciding on any fundamental rule changes.
In addition, changes to FEIF’s sports, breeding, youth, education or leisure-riding rules must be confirmed by the Delegates’ Assembly — only then they become valid across all member countries.
In short: the Delegates’ Assembly is the supreme democratic forum of FEIF, ensuring that decisions on governance, rules and regulations reflect the collective will of FEIF’s national member associations.
The Delegates’ Assembly 2026 will be held online on January, 27th 2026.
