At the FEIF conference 2024, all participants were invited to join the FEIF Welfare Café on “Welfare of the Horse“. The Welfare Café session delved into the complexities of horse welfare, considering all aspects, be it about the ridden horse or keeping and management. We are pleased to present herewith the “Luxembourg Statement on Horse Welfare”!
The statement comprises FEIF’s committment to high standards, the aim to breed strong and healthy horses, education and the holistic approach to training, but also the respect and understanding of the horses’ needs and the prioritizing of the welfare and comfort of our horses.
