The European Horse Network (EHN) published a document explaining the current and coming rules of the European Union about registration and identification of horses, and the registration of the whereabouts of horses, including transport (import into the EU and cross border) and temporary stay at another location.
These rules are part of the EU Animal Health Law.The overview is composed by Emilie Goulas, member of the World Horse Identification Registration Data Exchange Committee (WHIRDEC), and presented at an EHN Webinar.
