In all areas of our work with the Icelandic horses we need reliable, enthusiastic and skilled volunteers. The question of how to recruit, to keep and to encourage volunteers was tackled during the FEIF conference 2018 in Stockholm, when all delegates participated in a workshop led by Karl Friðriksson. Using the AIR OPERA method, participants enjoyed lively discussions, brain storming moments, and good team work. The outcomes of the session are compiled in a report.
