Every year the FEIF Youthwork Committee awards a trophy to the ‘FEIF Youth Country of the Year’. The award is given to the country which has had the most innovative ideas for promoting youth work, or which had the most exciting programme, or which managed to expand the reach to young riders at home. The last country to win the prize was France. The deadline for the report of the National Youth Leaders upon which the award is based is 15th January 2018. The winning country will also get an additional place at the 2018 FEIF Youth Cup, which will be held in Sweden.
