The first FEIF event to kick off the new year 2018, will be the Young Leader Seminar, 12-14 January in Berlar, Germany. Aimed at 18-26 year-old, younger members of the Icelandic horse world, the seminar will focus on leadership and communication skills. The programme entails a mixture of lectures and practical workshops with particular emphasis on how to build a team. No particular skills or knowledge is needed in advance. Be prepared for a challenging weekend, getting to know other young people, and finding out a bit more about yourself.
