The European Horse Network (EHN) published the second newsletter on legal issues. This time the focus is on Animal Welfare Regulations inside the EU: the Animal Health Law, Zootechnical Regulations and Regulations on veterinary medicine. Special attention is paid to the position of horses in the food chain.
