The FEIF Education Committee has met for a constructive working weekend in Haarlem. During a combined session with the FEIF Leisure department interesting discussions about the ongoing development of a description test for leisure horses took place. Furthermore, topics like the future structure of CPDs were on the agenda. Silke Feuchthofen reported about a seminar about Erasmus+ and other financial support programmes organised by the European Commission earlier in 2016 and possibilities for FEIF but also for the member countries were discussed. Iceland offered to organize a FEIF trainer seminar in late summer 2017, further information will follow as soon as details are available.
