One of our guest speakers in the FEIF Young Leaders’ Event, 28-30 October near Stockholm is Perry Wood, horseman and ‘people whisperer’. For several years now, Perry has successfully been teaching Icelandic horse riders in Sweden. His focus is never just on riding the horse but he is also interested in communication on all levels: with our horses and amongst people.
What are the communication skills of a good leader? How do we build a good team? The ways in which we communicate with other people through our choice of words, the way we speak, emotional energy and body language is how we create or destroy connection with those around us; and great communication with other people results in successful and happy work and personal relationships.
