FEIF Young Leaders is a new initiative run by the FEIF Youth Department. The aim is to develop and support young leaders and volunteers who we depend on for the future. The programme will start off by a weekend seminar, 28-30 October near Stockholm. The focus is on ‘leadership’ both, working with people and in connection with horses. Amongst others, the key speaker is Perry Wood, http://www.perry-wood.com/, whose particular talent lies in combining classical riding with intuitive leadership skills.
