Every year in October FEIF sends out the so-called FEIF membership questionnaire and asks all member associations to complete the questions by end of October. The information asked for concerns statements and figures such as structure of the association, number and kind of members, judges, instructors, competitions as well as relation to other national associations. Certain figures come directly from WorldFengur, e.g. number of stallions and mares in breeding shows, and from the FEIF system, e.g. number of WorldRanking events as soon as the season is over. A summary of the most important responses is published on the FEIF website and regularly updated with the information sent in by the FEIF member associations.
