The education group had a very constructive meeting during the weekend with joint sessions with the sport committee/sport judges committee with main focus on judges’ education and standards. The joint meeting with the youth committee focused on organizing the combined education/youth seminar in autumn 2015.
There was very positive feedback in the committee regarding the FEIF equipment manual. Other main points of work were the possible options regarding the provision of e-learning material and the development of a CPD structure for quality management and knowledge improvement of trainers as well as for keeping the contact between trainer, judges, and riders.
