The new sport judges’ guidelines, being the basis for transparency and comprehensibility of judging and also a step further to ensure well-being of the horses with more emphasis on judging good riding, are guidelines for all sport judges for Icelandic horse events and they have been approved by the responsible board member of FEIF and the FEIF sport committee.
The guidelines, however, are not part of the FEIF rules but instructions for judges and therefore under their responsibility.
All over the FEIF member countries there has been much interest in the presentations given by the members of the judges’ group with a lot of positive feedback.
