Does DMRT3 also have an influence on tölt? A research team from the SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) is looking for Icelandic horses for a study about tölt ability. They are mainly looking for Icelandic horses with breeding assessment and especially horses that were difficult to put into tölt but also horses that were easy to put into tölt, to see if the genotype for DMRT3 has any effects.
