This first meeting was based on the idea to assemble breeders, trainers, judges and officials round a table.
Many items concerning the current situation as well as the future goals were discussed. Several ideas, like for example to set up a working group dealing with possibilities to open up new markets for the Icelandic horse, have found their way into breeding department. The feedback from this event was very positive.
