The theme of the Sport Judges Seminar 2012 in Iceland is ‘Good and Harmonious Riding’. The program includes an introduction of the renewed Guidelines for Sport Judges (Þorgeir Guðlaugsson), Gait analysis (Gunnar Reynirsson), the results of veterinary examinations at Landsmót 2011 (Sigridur Björnsdóttir) and a discussion about Ethics and Judges (Þorgeir Guðlaugsson and Lutz Lesener).
The practical work will focus on assessing the quality of riding and will be directed by Bent Rune Skulevold, with the well known riders Stian Pedersen, Eyjólfur Þorsteinsson and Hanna Rún Ingibergsdóttir (Young Rider).
The seminar will take place April 13-14, 2012 in Mosfellbær (IS). There are still some places left for those international and national judges who feel inspired by this intriguing program.
