FIPO 2011

The new edition of FIPO (FIPO 2011, the rule book for sport events) includes some changes decided upon by the Delegates’ Assembly. The most important change is to rename Tölt T2 (‘loose rein’) in Tölt T4 and to introduce a new Tölt T2 where the riders are riding individually. This change will also apply to the World Championships 2011. Other major changes are: a clear marking of the beginning and end of the long sides of the oval track, finals in Tölt T3 on one rein only and a different way to recognise and register world records. The changes will be valid as of April 1, 2011.
