We mourn about the death of Claus Becker, well known member of the Icelandic horse community and founder of the German SAGA riding schools. His life was dedicated to the Icelandic horse for many, many years and he again and again managed to inspire and support all of us. He was a very positive person who gave all his power and his life to our wonderful Icelandic horses. The history of the Icelandic horse is inseparably connected to Claus Becker.
Claus was awarded the FEIF Award in 2009.
