The Sport Judges Guidelines 2010 are available for download. Apart from some small textual changes the major changes are a better description of deduction marks (like going behind the bit, going on more than two tracks, bent when on a straight line, predominantly swaying or tilting the head) and a clearer description of judging the trainsitions in/from pace on the oval track.
