A large number of highly ranked riders have applied for team membership at the Mid European Championships in Terento (I), August 27-31, 2008. Every participating county is allowed to be represented by up to 40 riders, however Germany and Austria have already requested more places as there is a great interest of World Championship finalists and other highly ranked riders.
