The new FIPO (valid as of April 1, 2008) is available for download. The main changes are:
– the harmonisation between FIPO and Sport Judges’ Guidelines, so ‘tempo’ will be replaced by ‘speed’ and ‘working tempo’ into ‘slow (speed)’;
– the separate marks for seat and aid in oval track classes will disappear;
– the change of horses between riders in the finals of Four Gait V4 will no longer take place;
– specific rules will be valid for training of horses on competition grounds.
There are also other, minor changes.
