Hannes Kirchmayr, member of the Board of FEIF, stepped down after 10 years work in pleasure riding and education. His great succes is of course the Education Matrix, a system to compare levels of trainers and instructors in the different member countries. 900 Trainers and instructors are entered now in the FEIF Register.
