FEIF is supporting the 2008 IceHorse show in Berlin (March 8, 2008 in Berlin, D) as a start of a new European Championship for Icelandic Horses on Ice. In future, this championship will be organised yearly in different countries. Participation is open for experienced riders with the proper qualification.
The event takes place in the Speedskating Stadium in Berlin-Wilmersdorf (D). Each test of IceHorse 2008 is endowed with 1,500 Euro prize money. The organisers expect more than 3,000 spectators.
