The FEIF Sport Committee has decided to add the Peruvian bit (and other bits typically designed for specific other horse cultures) explicitly to the list of prohibited equipment. This bit is not fitting to the Icelandic horse style and/or culture. The bit is not allowed after January 31, 2008.
