The new edition of FIPO 2008 will be published shortly before April 1, 2008. Until this year the yearly editions of FIPO (and other rules) were published just before January 1. As of 2007, the Delegates’ Assembly deciding upon changes of rules takes place in February. Changes of rules can only be published after that meeting.
The Board of FEIF has decided that new rules like FIPO will be valid as of April 1 of the year in question.
