Tone Kolnes (N) stepped down as FEIF President, after a career of 25 years in FEIF, since 1999 as President. Because of her endless and uncompromised energy to support and to promote the Icelandic horse and FEIF, many people looked upon Tone as being Ms FEIF. To stress her ‘together we are FEIF, be proud of it’ Tone handed out three FEIF flags to all member associations present at the Delegates’ Assembly 2006 as her last activity as board member.
