One of the founding fathers of the FEIF, Max Indermaur from Switzerland, has passed away at the age of 81 years. Max was one the five men who at Whitsun 1969 gathered in the living room of Walter Feldmann sen. in Aegidienberg to carry out Gunnar Bjarnason’s impossible idea to create a European Federation out of five tiny, hardly established Icelandic Horse associations across Europe.
