The Annual Delegates’ Assembly approved of all changes in sport rules as proposed by the Director of Sport. These changes will be valid as of January 1, 2004.

The new version of FIPO (version 6.4) will be published December 1, 2003. At the same time a revised edition of the Sport Judges Guidelines will be published, including a new German translation.
