The preparations for the World Championships in Herning (DK) are going on.
Much work has been done on the tracks, especially the oval track that wasn’t in the expected condition. A group of sport riders has tested the track recently; they are very satisfied with the results of the work. The track is hard but the top layer is nevertheless elastic.
Tribunes (to seat 12.000 vistors) are already in place, so nothing can prevent us from having excellent World Championships.
For those staying home FEIF will provide daily updated result lists; fresh lists can be expected about one hour after each preliminary round and on Saturday and Sunday at noon and around 18:00 h at www.feif.org/worldchampionships .
