The new edition of FIPO (6.3, valid as of January 1, 2003) is available now in English and German for free download from the service section of the website of FEIF (www.feif.org).
This version includes all changes, like new time tables for pace races, new starting procedures for pace races with start boxes, the register of warnings and a table with times for the group tests and finals on the oval track.
