New World Record in Pace Race 250 m

On September 1, 2002, the Swedish/Icelandic rider Magnús Skúlason established a new world record in Pace Race 250 m (P1) with Mjölnir frá Dalbæ: 20.9″ (hand stopped), at the yearly team competition between Denmark and Sweden in Hedeland, DK. The record has been confirmed by FEIF on September 10.
The old record was 21.1″, established in Juni 2001 by Reynir Aðalsteinsson Jr with Sprengihvellur (in Austria).
Magnús is now also in the lead in the WorldRanking in this discipline, with an average score of 21.40″.
